Bri3 - 18:
Locally Famous: Not the Reddit mention. Oh thank god, the start was intentionally sounding distant. This sounds like I could enjoy this! Hmm, sorta kinda. There are parts of the production and vocals that are good, but it's also partially annoying. PhD mention - triggered! 6/10
Casa Migos: This seems like a bop! I'm enjoying this. Boppy production, and the vocals fit well. 7/10
Off Me: Some of the production here kinda feels like video game sounds, if that makes sense? It's both good but also slightly annoying at the same time. 6/10
Blocked (feat. Nino Paid): Good combo. The feature was good. Honestly, think I preferred Nino more on this song. Bri3's vocals annoyed me on this song with the effects. So, sorta kinda. 6/10
Come My Way: Kinda boppy, but not entirely feeling it again for some reason. 6/10
Miss Me: Some of the vocals here. Mehhh. Also just a bit annoying in general. 4/10
My Baby Knows: Kinda boppy, better than the last song, but nothing really special. 6/10
Teach Ya: Nahhhh. Also annoying unfortunately. I'm going off this project now seemingly. 4/10
Work: Kinda gives me Ice Spice a bit. I didn't mind this either, it had a good flow to it. 6/10
Overall Verdict: Not the best I've ever heard, I'll be honest. There's a bit more that I liked than I disliked, though I wouldn't say it was a strong like either. There's potential here, with some good rap songs, and some good bops, but I think too much of it veered into either annoying production, or vocals. I can't tell if it was the vocal effects or what, but yeah, not my favourite project ever.
CupcakKe - The BakKery:
The Silverback Wife: I'm getting the impression you don't give a fuck? It does give intro song vibes but I'm not majorly liking the start of this--oh okay we got a beat there we go. Ew, a Labubu reference! Hmm, not really my favourite, but I did appreciate the beat. Otherwise, mehhhh. Outro was a bit too long too. 5/10
Ballerina Coupe: Dramatic. Okay, this is better! I like the production on this. It's much more of a bop. Great moaning at the end! Stop the fadeouts! 7/10
One of My Bedbugs Ate My Pussy: Time for the best song of all time. That's all that needs to be said. Truly a masterpiece. 9/10
Fist Me: Good production! Also LMAOO call them out. Hell yeah! This is what we want! BOPPP. Honestly, that chorus may be the weakest part but we'll ignore that. Oh, THAT'S IT???? Criminal length. Love the moaning though. 8/10
Rubik's Cube: Okay, we're going deep here? I'm not sure I'm entirely here for the sound of this song. It's not terrible but it's not amazing either. Free Congo, free Palestine though! Oh my god, call out those performative frauds. 6/10
New N**** Now: Ohhhh, this is a good song. I love the energy. It's a great rap song. Catchy production, the delivery is fantastic. It's great! 8/10
Ufo: Okay, starting strong and boppy. Alien time! WOAH, THIS IS A BOP! No, the chorus doesn't quite deliver in quite the same way as the start, but it's still pretty good! 8/10
Go Get 'em: How to learn to count. I do like it. Again, it's giving that rap vibe (duh). 7/10
Moan-a Lisa: I'm here for this. It sounded like it could be an emotional song but...LMAO. I really like that chorus, that's catchyyyy. Chill and catchy. 8/10
Akeelah: Welcome back Sabrina Carpenter (but the good version). It's a sexy bop, I like it. Really good stuff! 8/10
Snowman: Oh she's the queen of interpolations. Fantastic! From BARNEY??? On and This Old Man. That's why I remembered it. She's legendary. Good song! 7/10
Cat in the Hat: I liked this. Another rap song. I mean they all are but they feel like they have more focus on the vocals if that makes any sense? I don't know, it makes sense in my head. It's a bop again though. 7/10
Rapunzel: I liked this, more on the chiller bop side again. Oh she's just a legend. The lyrics...legendary. 7/10
Alcoholic: We're going more dance bop here. Hell yeah. Love the production. The way alcoholic is sung is brilliant. Catchy. Great song! 8/10
Sloppy Joe: It's that TikTok song I've heard so much about. Boppy. I enjoy it. Thanks for teaching us the days of the week! And wow, thanks for honouring Sunday. 7/10
Soccer Mom: What a great final song. Emotional. Truly heart wrenching. It's catchyyyy. 8/10
Overall Verdict: This was such a GOOD album. Sometimes I feel like people don't actually appreciate CupcakKe's artistry and only really know her for the meme songs. But she's such a good artist. To know these songs were self-written is incredible. Like, yes, they may be incredibly vulgar, but still, it's super impressive, as she makes them flow well, and they have lyrics that aren't goofy but great. And a lot of those beats are fantastic too! Most of these songs were so good and boppy. It was definitely better than her last album for me. There were only a couple of songs that were more misses, but this album was excellent almost from start to finish. Queen! Going to be in my top 10 albums this year.
Demi Lovato - It's Not That Deep:
Fast: I should like this album but we'll see. A really boppy song to start it off! It's such a dance bop, and the lead up to the chorus is stunning. And so is the chorus! I'm a sucker for production like that in the chorus. 8/10
Here All Night: This really seems like the typical cunty pop I listen to, and I'm here for it. I like it! The vocals really sell that image. Oh, that CHORUS. That's what we want! It has a familiar sound to it. What song is it reminding me of? BOP! 8/10
Frequency: Pretty awesome production again! It's another bop. This album is truly going to be a winnn. 8/10
Let You Go: At the start, I thought I wasn't going to like this, but thankfully the synths came through and saved it. Great song, even if it's not as fast! 8/10
Sorry To Myself: Not quite as good as some of the previous songs, but still good, the production is still good and boppy! Great towards the end. 7/10
Little Bit: This is a fun bop again! It has more unique production compared to the rest of the album, though it's not super unique. Especially the chorus. It's boppy. And good! 7/10
Say It: Piano, Mandatory Ballad time? Oh, not for long. Not a super fan of that chorus, even if it's more boppy. Probably the only whiff so far sadly. Not bad though. 6/10
In My Head: Not the biggest fan so far, it's not bad, but it's alright. It's kinda boppy but ehhhh. Didn't majorly feel it. 6/10
Kiss: Good start, will it keep it up? Don't say "take it to the chorus". It has a cunty boppy energy and I like it. 7/10
Before I Knew You: It's a bit more of a boring song sadly, though it's not bad. 6/10
Ghost: Final song Mandatory Ballad? We'll see. Some nice vocals here. But it's a bit boring so far. It's pleasant but boring. Interesting outro I suppose? Probably the best part of the song, the wacky stuff happening. But sadly it was only that. 5/10
Overall Verdict: Considering this was a dance pop turn, I honestly think I was going to like this more than I ended up. Like, not that this was a bad album, because it wasn't. I guess it was just a bit too inconsistent for me? There were those big ol bops there, and they were fantastic. However, unfortunately, too much of it was also a bit too generic and stale, and it was not quite there. I do think this genre does fit Demi well, but it was too inconsistent as an album. Some fantastic songs though!
INJI - SUPERLAME:
intro: Me when intro track. Well, this is chaos. I like it! Oh my god, it's the name of the album! [No rating].
TEEN ANGST: Good transition. We're going into bop territory immediately. Nice. Not sure I majorly like INJI's voice though. We'll see. Okay, I did like this in the end. Some of the talking parts were cool. And it was a bop. 7/10
U WON'T!: I'm hearing that I won't? This is a pretty good and standard dance track. Love the aggressive sound in the chorus. 7/10
GOOD TIME GIRL: Heather Gay is that you? It's boppy but this could be a bit more of a miss depending. Not the Diplo mention! Ew. Okay, I see your game, you ate towards the end. Good! 7/10
INSTANBUL: This is boppy in a chiller way. I liked this! You like Doechii and Doja? Mehhh. Anyway, good song. 7/10
JEANS: Hmm, don't know if I'm as much of a fan of this. Not quite there. 6/10
BOYS AIN'T SHIT: So true. I've been saying this. But some of them are actually the shit. I liked this. It was a bit different but boppy. 7/10
interlude (ily): Interlude timeee. Okay, that is an interlude indeed. Kinda not sure why an interlude is needed but it IS an interlude. [No rating].
IN A MOOD: Okay we're going mega bop here. Right from the start. This is what I want. Synth time. Hmm, it wasn't as good as the start throughout the rest of the song sadly, it lost it a bit, but it was still good. 7/10
BODEGA: Okay, the drop on this is good, and the buildup was also good. Good electronic bop. 7/10
EVERYTHING IS NEVER ENOUGH: This is a decent bop, but nothing too special. Feel like I didn't really feel it. Okay kinda fun end of song, dramatic. 6/10
JEFFREY (bonus track): Dramatic start. I don't know if I'll hear this at the club, but maybe I'll want to! Okay, yeah, it's a bop. Abrupt ending, and it felt like it could have gone somewhere even better! Oh well. 7/10
Overall Verdict: This was some solid dance pop. I think it was missing that extra something to push it to the next level, even though I did like it and it was good! I kinda wish it was better than it ended up being, you know? But it was a good listen, and I did very much enjoy it.
Isabel - It Is That Deep:
All The Lies: I actually feel like I like this. The vocals work well, and it's a pleasant song. It was a chill bop, and the "all the lies" bit was catchy. 7/10
Petty: There were some nice synths on this. I like the chorus again, it's catchy. 7/10
Despacio: Again, enjoyable. Pretty similar to the other songs. Appreciate the mix of languages. 7/10
Kidding Around: These choruses are catchy. Another chill bop! The choruses really just hook you, they are catchy. 7/10
Delusional: Yet again, another chill bop, and the chorus is the highlight for me. Good song! 7/10
Overall Verdict: This was a good EP! Very chill bops, but they were great! The choruses on these songs were especially good, they were catchy, and they did stand out to me in that way. A good, chill EP!
Luca George - Say hi to Paula:
Flowers For You: Good voice, he sounds gooood. I like that dramatic production. Good song! 7/10
brOKen: Again, nice voice. I like the passion in his voice here. It's pretty typical sad boy music but it's good. 7/10
Crying In The Bathroom: It's boppy time. Sad boy bops. Anyway, great song. It's catchyyy. 8/10
Better Apart: His voice, I love ittt. The piano wasn't majorly doing it for me but I do like this song. Good production later on especially. 7/10
Son Of An Angel: It's a guitar focused song but I like it. Good voiceee. That last bit was great. 7/10
Overall Verdict: Honestly, sad indie boy music isn't really my thing generally speaking. But Luca George does it well. Probably helps that he's yearning after m*n (ew, who does that? - actually I do now, sorry!). But this is done well. You can hear the passion in the vocals, which are good. The production is good, and some of these songs are boppy and catchy. And no, it's not because he's very much my type that I like the project!
Natalie Jane - the world i didn't want:
any1 but myself: Not the cringe lower case thing. Whatever. Grand opening. Okay, it was a bit boring to start with, but the production started getting interesting. There we go. Good song in the end! 7/10
4ever: Bop time again, alright. I like the dark moody energy of this. 7/10
4 u gonna love me?: Welcome back Adele! Can't believe I'm listening to that Adele song again. Those vocals are pretty good. And for a piano ballad, I think it's good and I enjoy it. 7/10
finding u: Not quite as much of a fan of this. It just doesn't hit as much, even though it was kinda boppy. Good vocals though. 6/10
fallin: Kinda boppy, but I'm not quite feeling it again for some reason. Bop but didn't quite make it. 6/10
butterflies: Kinda sexy. I liked this. It has a better boppy energy to it, it actually works. Reminds me a bit of Ava Max, if that makes sense. 7/10
gone: Kinda a Mandatory Ballad TM. The vocals shine through again here, but at the same time it's not quite as good as well. 6/10
everything 2 nothing: This had kinda cool production, and was interesting, and kinda boppy. Good vocals again. I liked this one. 7/10
breaking me: Oh, this was quite quick. Err, it's fine. It definitely focuses on the vocals again. 6/10
how u been?: This was dramatic, but I liked it. Good stuff. 7/10
never gonna c u again: That drop could have done a lot better. Sad! It was doing so well until that point. Unfortunately, it missed the opportunity to be awesome. Oh well. Not the worst. 6/10
girls will b girls: Will it end Dua Lipa's Boys Will Be Boys? This is actually quite catchy, good song. I like the chorus, it's a good chorus. 7/10
black & white: Hello Pokemon! It's a final ballad to finish out the album? Alright. Nice vocals--oh, I don't like that kinda switchup. Nice vocals. It was a pleasant enough song, but not my favourite. 6/10
Overall Verdict: I definitely enjoyed this album, but it was a bit inconsistent for me. Some songs were great bops, others were a bit more boring. I can say the vocals throughout this project were a highlight, and I do like 'dark pop' type projects, especially when they are more boppy. Maybe it's the more emotional stuff I didn't resonate with as much? Like the last song. But hey, this was still a decent album to listen to! Just not sure I'm going to return to it.
Rose Gray - A Little Louder, Please (Deluxe):
April: A really good, boppy, fun song! The chorus is infectious, and honestly, seeing it live, it went off. I really enjoy it. Fantastic! 9/10
Lotus: I feel like this took time to grow (bloom?) on me but I do like it quite a lot now! It's not quite as good as April but it's quite good and boppy! 8/10
Damn (Club Edit): I know it's a club edit but the start of it really isn't my favourite. Like, it's just not as cunty as the original. Thankfully, that eventually changes. Honestly, it feels like the original would fit better in a club. That almost like siren--I don't like it, it's annoying. It's definitely inferior to the original but I like it still. 6/10
Free (Fifi Remix): With how it's started, it will definitely be inferior to the original. Damn remixes. It is boppy and different but I just prefer the original honestly. The changes just annoy me somewhat. Still, not terrible though. 6/10
Wet & Wild (Alex Chapman Remix): The original is one of the best songs ever so this was never going to compare. Cool synths but it's just not the original. I do like it though. 7/10
Just Two (Clementaum's ABRISA Remix): Okay drums. This one is starting strong. This is a very good song though so let's see how it compares. Wait, no, don't do that! Come back. Hmm, unfortunately, no, it lost it. Still a nice, reasonably boppy listen but it's no original. 6/10
Tectonic (Strings Version): For some reason, it just doesn't quite work for me. I feel like it could have worked but it misses it. I did like the live version, so... I guess it makes me appreciate the original more? There are parts that are quite pretty but it just doesn't really work for me. 5/10
Party People (KARL F RIVAS Remix): Party People wasn't my favourite song on the original (I do like it though!). Pretty cool this has good new lyrics. I like it when that happens. It's fairly different. The chorus is boppy. It's still not really my favourite and I still may prefer the original though? 6/10
Angel Of Satisfaction (feat. JADE): JADE is never part of a bad song, ever, literally ever. And I'm sure this will continue to be the case. Am I high or does it sound slightly different? I'll have to compare. I'm not totally sure how I feel with their vocals together. Is it a bit of a mess? I really do like the JADE verse though. Pretty good stuff! And Angel of My Dreams reference! As well, because it's pretty similar to the old song, it gets points for that. 8/10
Switch (Logic1000 Remix): Well, it's a remix. I do like it. I just...want the original song still, you know? But this one is boppy and good. Towards the end is probably the best part. 7/10
Hackney Wick (Strings Version): This strings version works so much better than Tectonic. It fully leans into it. It sounds great. It's a great new version of Hackney Wick. It's really good! Cool additions at the end as well. 8/10
First (feat. Melanie C): This is a big change and I like it. It's good! They also work well together, the vocals together work for sure. 7/10
Everything Changes (But I Won't) [feat. Shygirl and Casey MQ]: I really like this reworked version of the song too. I like it when songs get changed like this. Unfortunately Shygirl just sounds bad on it for me. Like, yikes. It would work a lot better without her. But the rest of it is good! 7/10
Louder, Please (Peach Remix): It feels reasonably similar but also different. I like it. It's pretty much the similar instrumental track at the end. 7/10
I Don't Speak French: A good new song, it's a boppp! It just has a really catchy energy, especially in the chorus. It doesn't have to be super super fast but it HITS! 8/10
Overall Verdict: I do prefer the base album, which makes sense as remixes are always hit and miss for me. Some of them are good, and some of them are...less good. It's always good to see a remix project though. The best are those that manage to keep the spirit of the original song but also add something different, such as the JADE remix, the Melanie C remix, or the Hackney Wick Strings Remix. The 3 new tracks are all fantastic, so in that sense, the deluxe is a win! I'm glad the deluxe exists, projects like this are good, and overall it's good, just some remixes are better than others.
Sadie Jean - Early Twenties Torture:
I Tried: Was scared this was just going to be a sad song at the start, but it wasn't too bad as that. Now it has more of a boppy energy to it. Still, not my favourite. 6/10
Somebody's Everything: There's an acoustic guitar! Run! I enjoyed it. Not fully there but I enjoyed it. 6/10
Slow Burn: It kinda has a country adjacent sound to me. Probably the vocals? It's fine with the guitar. Not really my favourite. 6/10
Move On First: Similar feeling about this song. It's pleasant to listen to, but I'm not really drawn to anything in particular. 6/10
I Don't Know Better: There's nice vocals here. But it's pretty sad girl stuff, you know? Pretty standard stuff. 6/10
She's Dating My Boyfriend: How dare she! Anyway, this is just pretty much the same. 6/10
Out Of My Body: Sad song. It's a bit boring in this case. Maybe I'm just a bit fed up of the sound? 6/10
The One That I Want (But I Don't Know Why): A bit more boppy but doesn't really deviate from the album formula. Which is fine if you really like it. 6/10
I Miss My Friend: Piano ballad time? Not really here for it. It kinda just passed me by. 5/10
This Time Around: Kinda more boppy again, so that's good. But it's just the same really. 6/10
Know You Forever: This sounds more unique, which is good. Honestly, it was kinda boppy and different, so it was a breath of fresh air, and I liked it! 7/10
See you on Sunday: No. You won't. Maybe I'm just in a better mood now. The vocals are decent. Eh, the song is alright. Just like the rest. 6/10
Overall Verdict: I should have seen this coming really based on the album cover. This was very sad girl pop core. Like, every song screams that. Both the boppier songs and the ballads. They just all have that sound to them. Which is good for those people who enjoy it, but I just do not really. It's nothing special, but it does do that sound consistently and decently. It's not bad, though there are a few boring songs. Not a special album, but not a bad one. Vocals were decent throughout, though again they scream sad girl pop.
Sigrid - There's Always More That I Could Say:
I'll Always Be your Girl: Based on the singles, I don't think I'll like this. But we'll see. Hmm, I was unsure, but on 2nd listen, I think I like it. It's boppy. Football is definitely not religion though! 7/10
Jellyfish: It kinda gives indie pop vibes a bit to me? The chorus is kinda catchy. I think it grew on me throughout the song again. First verse, wasn't really a fan, but then I got it. 7/10
Do It Again: Okay, this is boppy again, and I do like it. The chorus is catchy. Definitely a good hook. The way "do it again" is sung is catchyyy. You know what, that chorus is VERY catchy, you win Sigrid. 8/10
Kiss The Sky: Are you a diva? This is a pretty classic Sigrid song. It really gives that energy. And it's good! 7/10
Two Years: This is pretty classic Sigrid again. Good song! I liked the chorus. 7/10
Hush Baby, Hurry Slowly: I felt this was a bit Kylie at first. It's a dance type bop in my view. I liked it. 7/10
Fort Knox: The Kieran theory of hating music on first listen then liking it--oh I see why I disliked it now. There are parts of it that are just...meh. However, it's mostly a bop. It's good! But also, the shouty vocals may be where I'm a bit eh on it too? I'm very conflicted. Can you tell? On balance, it's a bop and I like it a fair bit, with a few flops. Cool outro, I hope it's a transition but I bet it isn't. It isn't! Sad. 7/10
There's Always More That I Could Say: Hello piano, hell Mandatory Ballad TM? It's perfectly fine as a piano ballad. Nothing really special. Nice voice. 6/10
Have You Heard This Song Before: I don't know, you tell me. I haven't but I do like it. It seems like another bop. I like the chorus. It's a busy chorus but I like it. Oh my god, don't talk to me about politics, I'll love it. The chorus is catchy. 7/10
Eternal Sunshine: I've heard this song before! Welcome back Ariana Grande. Interesting intro. This is a good final track. I enjoyed it. Good passion to it. 7/10
Overall Verdict: I was sceptical going in considering I did not really like the singles, but I think I've come to like them in the context of the album. I think this is a pretty standard Sigrid album, it feels like something she would make -- I'm not blown away, but it's good. It has both some of her older sounds and something newer too. She sounds good. I'm not sure it will be the thing to blow her up, but at this point, is that even the aim? There were some more experimental edges in parts, and I definitely appreciated that too.
Skye Newman - SE9 Part 1:
FU & UF: Dun. Dun. Dun. Not sure I'm a major fan of how this is starting, both the vocals and the production. I'm not feeling it majorly, though it did get better as it went on. It was definitely enjoyable by the end. 6/10
Hairdresser: This started decent from the beginning. An enjoyable listen. Not a major fan but I enjoyed listening to it. Decent production, decent vocals. 6/10
My Addiction: This is a bit more boppy, but I feel pretty similarly about it. Vocals are decent, I feel the passion and emotion in them. Decent production. 6/10
Out Out: Mandatory Ballad TM time, with that title? I'm here for it. Honestly, I feel like this piano ballad could be my favourite song. Vocals work really well here. That was a bit of an abrupt ending though. 7/10
Family Matters: Bit of a vibe change. Alright. We're going more boppy again in the end? It's again a fine listen, not my favourite. 6/10
Smoke Rings: We're closing with a Mandatory Ballad? Alright, sure. Not quite as good as the previous piano song so far. Pleasant listen, but no more than that. 6/10
Overall Verdict: I'm glad I listened, as it was a nice project to listen to, and I got to push my music boundaries a bit out of my usual comfort zone, but I'd say this is definitely not something I'm going to return to. Rarely for me, I found the pure piano ballad as the best song, whereas the rest did not quite do it for me fully for various reasons. Still, it was decent!
Sophie and the Giants - 00:00:
Loser: Okay MARINA calm down we have one of you already. Okay boppy production. Let's go. This really does remind me of a MARINA song (in a good way). 8/10
A Little Bit Wild: This seems like it may be another bop. Okay, the chorus on this is decent and boppy! I was a bit more mixed on it before that, so glad it did that. 7/10
Red Light: This is boppy! I appreciated the chorus a fair bit, it's boppy. I feel like it's missing something that takes it to the next level but it's good! Production is probably my favourite part. 7/10
Bad Friends: Wasn't really feeling this at first, but I do appreciate the dance boppy chorus again. Honestly, I feel like this one just did not connect with me as much for some reason, even if it was boppy. Not bad though! 6/10
Pink Champagne: Oh, this could be a highlight. I love production like this. The synths are synthing. There we go! That's what I'm looking for. Vocals also really do add to it. The chorus is great and catchy! 8/10
Overall Verdict: As a dance pop enthusiast, I obviously liked it. It's hard for me not to, generally speaking. I think the most difficult thing for me was the vocals, which felt a bit distant and not quite what I wanted at points. But the production was boppy and fun! And there were a couple of truly excellent songs on here! Regardless, it was a good EP.
Singles:
Anna of the North - Call Me: It's fine, if a bit basic. The distant vocals/vocal effects I think well, and it's a decent enough song, but nothing really special. I do like the twinkle production though. 6/10
Chrissy Chlapecka - Apollo: Kinda gave me a small bit of Sophie Ellis-Bextor. But this isn't Chrissy's best song. It feels like a miss honestly. It just doesn't have the energy in it for me, which is surprising considering it's a bop. 5/10
Em Beihold - Scared of the Dark: Okay, weird space theme going on this week apparently. One of those grand intros. It's a piano song so far, uh oh... Oh. It got worse somehow. That switchup was bad. Was not needed. Nope. Bad. 4/10
Hayley Williams - Good Ol' Days: I don't think anything will beat Parachute sadly. That was definitely the best song on this album that never seems to end (okay, it will actually end). It's not bad but it's not really good either. It's just there as a song. Okay random call thing. 5/10
Jessica Baio - accident: I've never had any of these! Piano time. Ehhh, it was one of those sad girl songs, but like...ehhh. Not feeling it. Nice voice though. Like even the dramatic parts...not feeling it. 5/10
Jessie Murph - I'm Not There For You: Not really sure what I expected. Oh my god, not the vocals. No thanks. I hate the vocals. The vocals are actually GRATING. No no no. The production is alright though, nothing special. But those vocals... 4/10
Madilyn Bailey - Walk Through Fire: Kinda dramatic. It's a decent listen but not special. Feels pretty typical for the alt-ish pop genre again. 6/10
Maddie Zahm - Double Date: Not the guitar. Booo. Not feeling it again. It just doesn't inspire anything in me. 5/10
Megan Thee Stallion - LOVER GIRL: Hmm, Megan is always a bit hit and miss for me, and this seems like it may be more of a miss. The light parts are just too light, it almost feels goofy. I'm in a hater mood clearly. So...eh. This was boring and felt like it went on too long. Nothing really. 4/10
Poppy - Unravel: I hear synths, I'm happy! And a good rock leaning song too! Hell yeah. Poppy rarely disappoints. Hahahaha, screaming, hell yeah. 7/10
Slayyyter - CRANK: Time for song of the year (how many times have I said that?). Long intro. Not my favourite part of the song. Vocals are good though. So is the production! It's aggressive, cunty and a bop. Love the chorus! The aggressive vocals and production really work well. And the post-chorus, STUNNING! 9/10
